I got my Google Page Creator the other day. It is still in beta and only an invitation will get you an account.

The application uses some Ajax and is OK but it is no killer app. I do not see the point with it really, except that Google needs to have a homepage application. I might be interested if they would host a Wordpress blog or similar.

I looked at it a little bit from a SEO perspective. Interestingly enough it does not use any meta tags. It has a lot of in-line CSS, about 10k. The headlines are H1 with CSS classes.
