The object of every (Canon sucker) photographer, the Canon 5D, is shipping. The forum over at DP review is full of meaningless discussions about potential flaws.

Most actual owners of the camera agree that the Canon 5D is fantastic camera, that produces fantastic pictures and that is very demanding when it comes to lenses. Only the best Canon lenses, like the Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM and the Canon EF 85mm f/1.2L USM will do the camera real justice. Even at 8 megapixel the lenses are the weakest link of a digital camera.
